Many years ago, probably around 2014, I drew this pic of my favorite creepypasta characters.

I decided to redraw it now as a 24 year old :) thank you to the creators of all these pastas for years of fun.

Born: November 6, 1906.

(Current age depicted) 4 years old — 1910

Origin: born in a low-populated town, consisting only the cult. Lazari was kept in an abandoned church, specifically the basement. Her mother, along with others are of higher ranks of the cult. (Her mother experiences religious psychosis believing she was chosen by Zalgo to raise his daughter for a divine purpose. She subjected her daughter into rituals, and kept pushing and pressuring Lazari’s abilities. It got way out of control— the demon inside Lazari massacred the entire cult, leaving many dead and a few injured)

Abilities: Lazari switches her age time to time depending on emotional response or demonic manipulation. (Like two different minds)

- age four lazari cannot handle the trauma of what she’s forced to do or see so she splits immediately. The teenager age is more of a fighter and carries more confidence.

-Her mannerisms, language originates from the era she was born.

Age 4 Lazari:

- Lazari feels scared and confused about Zalgo and his intentions. She feels trapped but can’t put her fingers on it, as if afraid he’s always listening

15-16 Lazari:

- She is aware and resentful. She understands what Zalgo is and resents being created for his purpose. Part of her feels tied to him, she cannot break it but wants to be free. All her life she was told Zalgo loves her but doesn’t see it.

BONUS

+ I didn’t like how Lazari and eyeless Jack were portrayed in the series. So from here in my au they are big brother little sister coded. Laz tags along with Nina and Jack around.

+ teen laz works out with eyeless Jack, and Nina teaches her girly things like how to paint her nails!

i think he’s neat tho! so even tho idrk where he fits into my au yet i want him to be in there SOMEWHERE just because like why not and im proud of his design

ive been drawing him with this sort of deer motif for years now and i actually have no clue where i got it from? i wanna say maybe from the beast from otgw bc he has the antlers but i really have no clue LOL. it’s stuck tho so now in my mind zalgo is deer :3

how do you guys headcanon zalgo’s character??? ive heard so much discussion about slenderman, but what about this guy???

i’ve always imagined him as like an oogie-boogie gamblin’ man type character. It’s cool, but it’s also a good contrast from Slenderman’s stoic and serious nature in my crossover au. Also the song “Shady” from the Great Gatsby Musical would give you a really good idea of what my Zalgo is like.

Okayyyy here’s an illegible sketch dump of some Zalgo concepts and ideation. I was originally going to just redesign Lazari but completely abandoned that in favour of creating my own derivative lore and mythos. If stuff is too hard to read let me know and I’ll try typing it up into a doc or something 🙏

Also snuck Drow! Jeff and Tiefling! Toby in there.

If there’s anything specific you’d like clarification on let me know too! A lot of this is subject to change as I develop the lore more and flesh out some stuff 🥴🙏

After a year long art depression I finally squeezed out a drawing. Tumblr keeps butchering the quality to click to zoom in and get a non-pixilated look.
